Today’s post makes me so happy to write… today, June 26th, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled Same-Sex Marriage Legal Nationwide! What better way to celebrate than with sparkly, rainbow butterfly wings 
To create this look I started with a base color of Sephora Formula X Platinum Prime, then I sponged on ILNP Fame (for maximum sparkliness). I then hand painted a vertical gradient ( I tried using a sponged but found the colors didn’t blend the way I wanted) using Sephora Formula X Boundless Berry/Limitless Lemon, Limitless Lemon/Timeless Teal, Timeless Teal /, and Infinite Indigo/Boundless Berry and stamped over it with BM424 using B Polished Midnight in Death Valley. I filled in the dots with Platinum Prime, then after top coating I applied ILNP Mega (S) over top.
